The Good Shepherd Cluster Grief Support Group provides you with at safe place to express your feelings of pain and loss, your frustrations and concerns, and also your triumphs and experiences of healing. Often, as time goes on, our loss becomes more painful. Others expect us to be “over it” by now, but we still feel lost, alone, and in pain. Others may not want to ask us how we are doing because they are afraid we will cry, but we want and need to talk about how we are feeling and managing—or not managing. We are often amazed, too, at how much laughter there is in the group. Oftentimes laughter is the medicine we need!
Our group meets once a month, usually the second Monday @ 3:00 at the parish office. If you have any questions or would like to join us, contact Karen @ 394-2105.
We are looking forward to seeing you. God gave us each other in community to share each other’s burdens, and in the sharing, to experience healing.
